Kâmil-i Mevlevî’s Comment Of His Own Poem: Adem Kasîdesi And Its Commentary


Kâmil-i Mevlevî is one of Divan poets, lived in the second term of 19th century. The Commentary of Adem Kasîdesi, that Kâmil-i Mevlevî wrote to comment his poem Adem Kasîdesi, is the example of “comment of his own poem”. He comments his poem, which is about nonexistence baced sufism and İslamic philosophy on the Mevlevî orders and gives examples from Mevlânâ’s poems. In this study first of all we point at the place of nonexistence subject in classical Turkish literature and then Kâmil-i Mevlevî’s life and his The Commentary of Adem Kasîdesi. At the and of study Adem Kasîdesi and Its Commentary text take place.
