The epic of Oğuz Kaan is one of the most prominent Turkish epics existing at hand today. The epic of Oğuz Kaan is a masterpiece which expresses all the Turkish Notion’s heroic life. The stories in the epic were constituted in very ancient times. However, because of the original form of the epic had lost it was exposed to some changes, and transformed into stories. The epic of Oğuz Kaan expanded with the adventures descendants of Oğuz and the adventures of their chieftains as time passes, and a significant Oğuznâme came into existence. Some boks and articles related with the epic of Oğuz Kaan will be introduced in this article.
