İçinde pek çok eski ve yeni dil biçimleri barındıran Türkiye Türkçesi ağızlarında, özellikle hayvanlar ile ilgili kavram alanı adlandırması çok geniştir. Bunlardan birisi de VIII. yüzyıldan itibaren Türkçe metinlerinde görülen {-cı} gelecek zaman ve sıfat-fiili ekidir. Bu yapı, günümüz Türkiye Türkçesi ağızlarında özellikle gebe hayvanları adlandırmada kuzlacı “kuzulayacak olan koyun”, bodlacı “yavrulayarak olan deve” gibi kelimelerde yaşamaya devam etmektedir. Bu özellik dilin hayat tarzı ile olan doğru orantılı bağlantısını göstermektedir.
In the Turkish accents of Turkey, where there are many old and new linguistic forms, the conceptual scope of the lexis for animals is particularly comprehensive. One of them is future tense and adjective-verb affix {-cı} that is seen in the Turkish texts written in VIII century. This affix is used in the words that are names to pregnant animals in today’s Turkish accents of Turkey. For example, kuzlacı for sheep that is about to give birth, bodlacı for camel that is about to give birth. This shows the direct relationship of the language with the living style.
