Çingiz Han, right after his assuming power in the Turkish-Mongol Khanate indulged in the administration of the lands he seized in the Turkestan geography. He was compelled to take over the foundations of the state that preceded him. Çingiz had the magnificent example of a Turkish State before him. As a courageous statesman, two-thirds of his commanders and 90 percent of his state were Turkish, he employed Uygur and Turk-Tatar origin advisors in his newly founded political system.
