Bu çalışmada öncelikle seçilen mesnevi örneklerindeki sebeb-i telif bölümleri ele alınmış, bu bölümlerde öne sürülen eser oluşturma sebepleri belli başlıklar altında toplanmıştır. Daha sonra Türk romanından seçilen örneklerde sebeb-i telif sayılabilecek yapı ve bölümlere dikkat çekilerek farklı yüzyıllarda yazılmış olsalar da mesnevi ve roman yazarlarının bir noktada ortak anlatım geleneğinden yararlandıklarına işaret edilmiştir. Yazarların değişik tarzlarda da olsa eserlerinde kendi varlıklarını gizlemek için açık veya gizli bir üst hikâyeye yer verdiği belirtilmiştir.
Is “sebeb-i telif” in Mesnevi the Same as Metafiction in Novels? This study primarily examines sections in selected mesnevi examples. The purposes of proposed reasons for the preparations of the art in these sections were compiled in selected topics. Then, structures and sections which can be considered as sebeb-i telif were indicated in selected examples of Turkish novels. Although they were written during different centuries, it is concluded that the authors of mesnevi and novels used the common traditions of narrative It is also indicated that the authors used open or secret meta stories in different styles in order to cover their identities in their arts.
