Mobbing is an unjust and unethical behavior some employees suffer at their work place. Mobbing is one of the problems experienced at schools. The present study aims to investigate the mobbing behaviors primary school teachers experience at school. The effects of mobbing behaviors the primary school teachers believe they have experienced have been identified. In this study, phenomenological design was used. The study group consists of 18 primary school teachers who stated that they had been subjected to mobbing at their school. In the research, the probability model was used. The case studied in this study is a yearning. Snowboard sampling technique was used in purpose sampling methods determined by the study group. Data was collected through a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researchers as well as interviews conducted with the teachers in person at their work place. In the research, the teachers were found to experience the feelings of hate, anger, inability and unhappiness as a result of the mobbing. According to one teacher, mobbing is a way someone with a low self-confidence attempts to eliminate people around him/her whom he/she considers as a threat in order to feel safer and more self-confident. According to the teachers, mobbing takes place when an administrator verbally insults, criticizes the dressing style, scolds in front of students and/or parents, does not grant the use of employee rights such as using sick leave, and/or does not grant the right to keep watch at the preferred place. In the research, it is concluded that mobbing behaviors have individual and organizational effects on teachers. According to the teachers, the effects of intimidation is that, deprecation of profession and personality by reprimanding in front of the parent/student, discreditment due to not being asked for a duty, dismissal from the use of rights depriving, gossiping, showing sensitivity because of constant criticism, thinking that you can not do your job well due to frequent voices of the missing, rebellion without being fair, homosocialism, not trusting people.
