As of the end of 2010, the event, which first started in Tunisia and quickly spread to all Arab countries, known as Arab Spring. Because of these incidents, millions of people have had to break away from their homes. In the process, movement of the population and masses in the world has reached very serious dimensions. Syria is at the head of the countries most affected by Arab events. Almost 60% of the country's population had to live with different statutes in other countries. Turkey and Lebanon are at the forefront of these countries. The Syrians, who have left their countries with very difficult conditions, face increasingly serious problems in those countries arrived. There are both national and international legal aspects as these problems are social, political and economic dimensions. At the beginning of the legal problems are the statues of these individuals. When taken from a legal point of view, there is a confusion over the legal status of the Syrians in Turkey. In this context, we tried to find solutions to the problem of the concept which is formed by considering the legal statues of Syrians in Turkey and the world. While building the study, evaluate the legal status by taking advantage of the secondary data sources and showing the relations of the Syrian immigrants with the government institutions and non-governmental organizations in Turkey.
