Part of Turkic tribes which have moved from Turkestan, having united with other various Turkic tribes have vreated the kazakh state which became one of leading Powers of Turkestan and which later paid much for independence. There were hard times throughout history of Kazaks, such as the Jungarian invasion and the Russian colonialism rebellious Kazakh leaders added more to the problems in difficult times. Division of Kazakhs into the Juz system, and collisions and disagreements with the other Turkic Peoples caused often foreign interventions and invasions. The jeltoqsan or December of 1986 were riots that took place in Almaty in Kazakhstan in response to General Sekretary Mikhail Gorbachevs dismissal of Dinmukhamed Konayev, the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan and an ethnic Kazakh, and the subsequent appointment of Gennady Kolbin, an outsider from the Russian SFRR Demonstrations started in the morning of 17 December 1986 as an initial number of 200-300 students gathered in front of Central Comitte Building. December 18 KGB were dispatched to break up the demonstration . That uprising in Almaata and in other Kazakh cities was the first big bang that undermined the Soviet federal structures and social fabric. After these protests the myth of the fraternal unity and brotherhood of the Soviet peoples fell apart in a matter of a few years. In last quarter of the 20 th century the entire Kazakh people, together with the other peoples enduring the power of Soviets, rose against the foreign administration The result was indeed fruit of the centuries long efforts and struggles. History of The Kazakhs for last century woul reveal the heroic past of this people. In this article,it is considered national and regional conflicts the reasons and consequence.
