Siberian history is very important for Turkish history and culture as being one of the main lands, although it is not studied until 16th century from the first hand references. As a matter of fact that archaeological excavation made by Russian during the period of SSCB, shows that the historical culture of that place are similar with the Turkish culture. Also one of the important issues is that, the huge evaluations about Siberian are carried out by the Russians. However in the Russian assessments it is seen that Turkish culture is later coming culture and the local elements are very different. When they gave wide information about tribes that were thousands, they did not give more information about Turkish tribes that has general Turkish culture as Şor, Teleüt, Hakas, Yakut and Tuva. They aimed to show the differences between the local and later coming culture. The history of this area where is along with the world and history, get western countries attention as well as Russian. Siberian History written by J. Forsyth is one of the important studies in this area. The studies about Siberian in our country are very poor. The studies made by Radloff and Katanov are very important and these studies are shown as important references in all world. Especially, it is need to know the first term of the Siberian history for investigating Siberian and understanding the Russian invasion which started in 16th century. Also with this aspect this study is important.
