Günümüz teknolojisinin hızlı gelişimi bireyler için bilgisayar ve internet kullanımını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Teknolojinin yoğun olarak kullanıldığı alanlardan biri de eğitim alanıdır. Bu bağlamda yüksek eğitim veren kurumların başında gelen üniversitelerinde teknolojiye uyumu üniversitenin başarısı ile paraleldir. Bu araştırmanın amacı da Kafkas Üniversitesi çalışanlarının teknoloji kullanımına yönelik tutumlarının ölçülmesidir. Bu kapsamda 311 üniversite çalışanının görüşüne başvurulmuştur. Araştırma verileri kişisel bilgi formu yoluyla toplanmış ve elde edilen verilen SPSS 21 İstatistik Paket Programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Kişisel bilgi formu; demografik özelliklerle birlikte tutum, algılanan yarar ve kullanım kolaylığı ölçeklerine ait ifadelerden oluşmaktadır. Teknoloji Kabul Modeli kapsamında incelenen algılanan fayda ve kullanım kolaylığı unsurları özellikle çalışma içerisinde incelenmiştir. Buna göre üniversite çalışanlarının teknoloji kullanımına yönelik tutumları ile bilgisayar/internet teknolojilerine yönelik algılanan yarar ve kullanım kolaylığına ilişkin görüşleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca demografik özelliklere bakıldığında üniversite çalışanlarının cinsiyetine, aldıkları diplomaya, akademik derecesine ve çalışma statüsüne göre teknoloji kullanımına yönelik tutum puanları arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Ancak üniversite çalışanlarının yaşlarına, meslekteki kıdemine ve çalıştığı birime göre teknoloji kullanımına yönelik tutum puanları arasında anlamlı birer fark bulunmuştur. Bununla birlikte üniversite çalışanlarının yaşlarına, akademik derecesine, meslekteki kıdemine ve çalıştığı birime göre bilgisayar/internet teknolojilerine yönelik algılanan yarar ve kullanım kolaylığına ilişkin ölçek puanlarının arasında anlamlı birer fark bulunmuştur.

The rapid development of today's technology has made it necessary for individuals to use computers and the Internet. One of the areas where technology is used extensively is the field of education. In this context, the adaptation of technology to the universities, which is one of the leading institutions of higher education, is in parallel with the success of the university. The aim of this study is to measure the attitudes of Kafkas University employees towards the use of technology. In this context, 311 university employees were consulted. The research data were collected through personal information form and analyzed with SPSS 21 Statistical Package Program. Personal information form; demographic characteristics and attitude, perceived benefit and ease of use scales. The perceived benefit and ease of use elements examined within the scope of Technology Acceptance Model were examined especially in the study. Accordingly, a significant relationship was found between the attitudes of university employees towards technology use and their perceptions of perceived benefit and ease of use for computer/internet technologies. In addition, when demographic characteristics were examined, no significant difference was found between the attitude scores of university employees towards the use of technology according to their gender, diploma, academic degree and working status. However, there was a significant difference between the attitude scores of the university employees towards the use of technology according to their age, seniority in the profession and the unit they work for. However, a significant difference was found between the scores of perceived benefit and ease of use of computer/internet technologies according to the age, academic degree, seniority of the profession and the unit in which they worked.
