ANALYSIS OF THE SOCIOLINGUISTICS ON IDENTITY CONSTRUCTED WITH MUSIC ON CULTURAL GEOGRAPHY: EXAMPLE OF İRFAN GÜRDAL AND ÇEAĞ


Turkish music, which has an important part in the history of world culture, has an important place in Turkish culture. Turkish Music, which contributes to the permanence of a social memory with the experience of history, knowledge and aesthetic values in addition to its musical characteristics, has also been used as a tool of cultural identity for hundreds of years as a means of building cultural identity and a strong fortress against the cultural attack. In this context, Turkish music and historical-cultural codes feeding her heart not only for the borders of the Republic of Turkey / culture corresponding to our geography has a great importance for the Turkish world. In our study, a musical production, which is formed from the historical roots of the modernist attacks against the modernist attacks in the musical context, has been examined in terms of linguistic features and content in terms of sociolinguistics. In this respect, 16 musical works, which are found in the work called Çerağ, which belongs to İrfan Gürdal, composed of the Divine composed of the Muslim Worlds of the Turkic World, and which contribute to the spread of both original ethics and musical understanding and content, are based on the social identity features that he has built in the context of cultural contiunity on sociolinguistic theory. Thus, trough the disseminating power of music, it has been tried to emphasize the roots o cultural identity and the field of activity, in terms of linguistics and to emphasize the potential of globalization against modernist attacks.
