İnsanlık tarihi ezelden beri çeşitli sebeplerden ötürü açığa çıkan göç hareketleriyle karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Yeryüzünde bitmek bilmeyen savaşlar geçmişte ve günümüzde olduğu gibi gelecekte de binlerce savaş mültecisi doğurmaya devam edecektir. Hiç şüphesiz yoğun mülteci hareketleri hem hedef ülkelerin sakinleri hem de mülteciler açısından birçok problemi de beraberinde getirmektedir. Küresel bir soruna dönüşen mülteci sorunu, sosyoloji, psikoloji, politika, hukuk, uluslararası ilişkiler, medya, sanat alanlarında oldukça tartışılmaktadır. Milyonlarca insanı etkileyen bu sorun yazarların da iligisini çekmiş ve edebi eserlerdeki yerini almıştır. Toplumsal ve bireysel algıya ve yaşayışa yön veren edebi eserler, dünyanın üzerindeki örtüyü kaldırarak toplumsal farkındalığı oluşturur ve bu eserlerin ulaştığı her yerde insanlığın yüz yüze kaldığı sorunları açığa çıkarmış olur. Yarattığı farkındalık ile sorunlar karşısında herkesin çözüme dair bir şeyler yapmasını teşvik eder. Bu çalışmada biri Türk edebiyatından diğeri Alman edebiyatından seçilen iki eserde mülteci sorununun hangi açılardan yansıtıldığı, bu sorunların çözümüne ilişkin edebiyatın nasıl bir katkı sağladığı ve eserlerin nasıl öneriler ileri sürdüğü incelenecektir. Seçilen eserlerde mültecilerin karşı karşıya kaldığı sorunların sebep ve sonuçları üzerinde durulacaktır. Dünyaya yayılan bu sorun için evrensel bir çözüm bulmanın mümkün olup olmadığı tartışılacaktır. Bireylerin, toplumların ve devletlerin mülteci sorunu karşısında yapması gerekenler seçilen eserler ışığında ortaya konacaktır. Yöntem olarak ise bu çalışmada metin odaklı analiz ve karşılaştırmalı edebiyat yöntemleri kullanılacaktır.

The history of humanity has been encountered with immigration movements for various reasons since time immemorial. The endless wars on earth will also continue to give birth to thousands of war refugees in the future, as it was in the past and is in the present. Undoubtedly, the intensive refugee movements bring many problems both for the inhabitants of the target countries and for the refugees. The refugee problem, which has turned into a global problem, is highly debated in the fields of sociology, psychology, politics, law, international relations, media and art. This problem, which has affected millions of people, also has attracted the attention of writers and has taken its place in literary works. Literary works that shape social and individual perception and life create social awareness by removing the veil on the world and and reveal the problems faced by humanity wherever these works are reached. With the awareness it creates, it encourages everyone to do something about the solution. In this study, it will be examined in two works, one selected from Turkish literature and the other from German literature, which aspects of the refugee problem are reflected, how literature contributes to the solution of these problems and how the works offer suggestions. The selected works will focus on the causes and consequences of the problems that refugees are confronted. It will be discussed whether it is possible to find a universal solution to this problem that has spread to the world. What individuals, communities and states should do in the face of the refugee problem will be revealed in the light of the selected works. In this study, text oriented analysis and comparative literature methods will be used.
