The study aims to compare the noise pollution at selected schools in France and Turkey based on the reflections of teachers. The opinions of teachers at the selected schools in France were resorted to enhance the widespread impact of the project on controlling noise pollution at school in Turkey. This study was performed in the design of a “comparative case study” which is one of the qualitative research approaches. Based on the findings on the opinions of the participants in the study, there is a moderate level of noise at the primary school in France whereas there is a high level of noise at the primary school in Turkey. However, the study reached similar results in terms of the level of noise and noise disturbance at the selected secondary schools in Turkey and France. The participants from both countries described the main resources of noise in schools, which can be grouped under three sub-themes: “student behaviors”, “physical structure of school”, “school environment.” They further emphasized the need for acoustical improvements in school for noise control. Unlike the participants in Turkey, those in France stated that the ringing of the school bell is a cause of noise at schools. The study also found that the students in France, who are noisy at school, are offered with counselling services, unlike the students in Turkey. In the study, the majority of the participants in Turkey made some activity-based suggestions such as the organization of projects, events and family trainings for the prevention of noise pollution in schools as well as some other suggestions aimed at creating awareness about the subject. On the other hand, the participants in France tended to focus on the acoustical structure of schools. For noise control at schools, this study made the following suggestions: acoustical improvements in school buildings, a shortened period of time for bell ringing at schools, the reduction of sound levels, and the provision of counselling services at schools in Turkey for noisy behaviors among students.

Dedelik is indispensable institution for maintaning Anatolian alevism through the centeruies. Nevertheless, as Alevism is also inhereted from generation to generation, Dedelik plays a vital improntance on social and religious constrution of the Alevi tradition. The Dedelik institution underlies Alevism regarding its social religious group structure. In the Alevi community, Dede`s status is highly important. These Dedes are in authority both in religious and earthly issues in their Alevi-Bektasi communities. Dedes, who were trained in Alevi houses, were accepted as the fundamental information source among their followers. As these dedes are the main authorities regarding the information source, their approaches and interpretation towards Alevilik and Bektasilik subjects are also valuable. As we have been exposing conventional, modern, even post-modern changing processes in our country, Alevi dedes` thoughts and views were inevitable to utilize as the main reference in order to gain a healthy Alevi-Bektasi traditional approach. Dedes have a vital position on conveying, acknowledging and sustaining the requirements of the traditional path towards the later generations. Correspondingly, in this study, we have conducted ten Alevi dedes who reside in Tokat regarding their views on Alevi-Bektasi subject. In our opinion, Tokat is one of the cities, where the tradition of Alevi- Bektasi is still strong and alive. In this article, from a sociological perspective we have examined and analyzed views of Alevi Dedes, who live in Tokat areas, where the tradition has rich social and religious applications, on Alevism and Bektasi belief.

Stage design is a field where dramatic text to be performed will be performed on the stage, as well as spatial analysis, as well as any kind of space research. For this reason, it includes not only artistic analysis but also mathematics of space. Being ingenious may be enough to prepare the visual design. The desired result can not be achieved without any ingenuity. For this reason, especially since the 1920s, stage design has been integrated into the education process as a whole, encompassing other branches. This is the instrument of the art field. Everything is told with people. Dram art takes a cross-section from life; a copy of the life to be analyzed, and sometimes it should be, occurs within this solution. For this reason, even if a historical text has been worked on, it is to enlighten the day of ideological purpose. Like a laboratory, he takes a painstaking section of life and aims to examine it under the scalpel, sometimes this section is equipped with a laugh. Sometimes painters and sculptors sometimes design scenery before the 1920s. The reason for their acceptance; besides artistic genius, must have signed interdisciplinary studies. Especially the stage designers; painting, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, photography and presentation techniques (projection, etc.) of the cinema. These are positioned not only in terms of appearance but also in aesthetics and functionality. Designing a stage is a way of creating a living painting by taking advantage of all branches of art and science.

Corporate governance, which is a key factor in improving economic efficiency, ensuring sustainable growth and especially in gaining investor confidence, is vital for the banking sector. In recent years, banks have sought to adapt to more reliable and generally accepted corporate governance regulations because the confidence factor come to the front in the banks resulting from their structure and functioning. The number and transaction volumes of participation banks are increasing in our country as in the rest of the world. Participation banks, which have to compete with both Islamic financial institutions and traditional banks, are rapidly adapting to effective corporate governance practices. Despite the extra cost and workload, it is expected that the effective management mechanism, which is established as a result of good corporate governance practices, should make a positive contribution to the performance of the participation banks. In this framework, this empirical study on participation banks operating in Turkey has been conducted by means of regression analysis to determine whether there is a meaningful relationship between corporate governance structures and financial performances of banks in. The size of the board, number of the independent managers, managerial ownership, size and age of the company, and the public offerrng ratio were used as corporate governance variables and return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) were used as financial performance indicators in our study. After the analysis, it is concluded that the corporate governance variables have a significant influence in explaining the financial performance. The findings of our research are similar to those in the literature. Althoug some corporate governance elements were not related to financial performance, overall a relationship has been found.

There are area-specific differences between the social sciences and the sciences. Therefore, the methods and approaches used in teaching differ from each other. Rapid developments in technology and science are also affecting the teaching of these fields. Parallel to this, expectations and needs of students are diversified. It is not known, however, how much the views, expectations and needs of the students who are attending their education in different fields differentiate or meet at the common ground about the education and training programs offered to them. This study aims to fill in this gap. Ninety-five students attending the Department of English Language and Literature from social sciences and ninety- four students from the Department of Chemistry as the representatives of the field of science participated in this study. A three-part questionnaire was applied to these students. The first part of the questionnaire included questions focussing on the personal information of the students, the second part was related to the course contents and the last part was about the questions concerning the use of technology. Both closed and open ended questions were asked in the questionnaire and some questions were formed by Likert type scaling method. The results of the answers evaluating the questions of the first two parts of the questionnaire revealed that the participants have similar problems with each other even though there are some differences between the expectations and needs of the students of social sciences and science. By stating that students had difficulty in understanding the subjects, examples and terms presented to them from time to time, they have indicated that they make use of various sources to overcome these difficulties and have asked to increase the number of preparatory and practical courses for their future profession.

For this reason, researchers have always been interested in this device. In researches, there have been various criticisms and accusations about television, which is accepted as the most effective mass medium on viewers, and a negative television image has been created. Including violence in almost all of its programs has been at the forefront of these criticisms. Television's frequent use of violence for the sake of rating and making violence a show to watch has been the subject of many studies. As a result of these studies, it is determined that the violence reflecting from television has many negative effects especially on children and the young. Accordingly, people who watch violent programs start to consider violence as usual and ordinary, and lose their sense of empathy and sympathy. In this respect, this study aims to reveal under which topics the movies criticise the violence that reflects from the television. In the scope of this aim, Network (1976, Sidney Lumet), Benny's Video (1992, Michael Haneke), 15 Minutes (2001, John Herzfeld), Hunger Games (2012, Gary Ross), Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013, Francis Lawrence), Nightcrawler (2014, Dan Gilroy) films were chosen and analysed. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that these movies, which put television in the centre of their stories, were based on studies and scientific research on television and heavily criticised the presentation of violence on television under various topics.

1918 is the year when the Ottoman State having been defeated in World War I signed the Armistice of Mudros. The provisions of the Armistice paved the way for the victors of the World War I to fulfill their commitments necessitating the split of the Ottoman State. Therefore, on May 12, 1919, Allied Powers provided Venizelos, the Greek Prime Minister with freedom to occupy İzmir. This occupation got reactions along with astonishment throughout the country for it heralded the risk of occupation of the whole country. While the Sultan and the İstanbul government were about to subjugate these provisions, Turkish nation, disapproving the situation, got locally organized and took regional measures to stand up to occupation. The mobility which arose in every corner of the country via telegraphs soon after turned into an activity. By the effect of the Darülfûnun University students and lecturers meetings and demonstrations were held notably in İstanbul, the capital. Fatih, Üsküdar, Kadıköy and Sultanahmet were among those that stuck in minds as the most important demonstrations which created public awareness and public opinion towards National War of Independence. This study deals with background and manifestations of these meetings, which are assumed as social movement, in line with the criteria designed for creation of collective action by Smelser. Meetings and underlying events examined by quantitative analysis method have been suggested though a descriptive study. As a result of the study, it has been seen that 1919 İstanbul demonstrations completely covers all aspects of today’s social movement.

Hüseyin Rahmi Gürpınar, who has a very important place in the start and improvement of Turkish novel, handled social subjects in his works. Gürpınar, who wrote his works during a period which can be defined as the first stages of Ottoman - Turkish modernisation, addressed effects of Westernisation movements on social domains via the plots and characters in his novels because Westernisation movements in Ottoman Empire brought new settings and discussions on some topics such as the place of woman in society, man-woman relationships, form of marriage, consumption, clothes, decoration, education, social decorum, and traditional and moral values. In this respect, in the first stages of Ottoman - Turkish modernisation, literature in general, novels in specific became tools for guiding the society, and Gürpınar aspired to educate the society with his novels as he did in other domains of literature. One of his important novels which served this purpose is 'Şıpsevdi' in which "European manners" are put in the centre. From this point of view, in this study, narrative form of effects of Westernisation on traditional and moral values in this novel of Gürpınar is studied. While conducting a study like this, first, Westernisation and social criticism in Ottoman novels is studied, following this, narration of "moral" in the novel mentioned is analysed both through characters' personalities and themes such as education, virtue, conscience, money, man-woman relationships.

One of the most impressive and shortest ways of expressing and conveying something can be considered literature. The interest of fiction has existed in various ways since the earliest times. Along with the emergence of the word in this sense, the results of this narrative desire appeared with different types and took place in the history of literature. The mysterious transfer of the myths from the oral period, style of the epics, the existence of the legends, and the first times in the history of mankind have been recorded in oral form. This transfer requirement also shows that you need to utilize the fiction while trying to fit in an understanding of events that societies can not understand. In addition to literature, visual arts is another way of telling a film / series. The cinema, which has a history of about a century, has benefited from literary genres as a scenario. It is not possible to recall it when it is thought that cinema has a power to hold in many art branches. However, this relationship can be said to have been mostly with the novel type. In different periods there are novels whose masterpieces are adapted to the cinema. The novel Kurt Kanunu of Kemal Tahir was also visualized as a television series, influenced by cinema-literature interaction. Kemal Tahir, who describes a wide range of historical processes, is important in this visualization choice. This work will focus on the visualization of the novel Kurt Kanunu, a literary text, as a series.

In this article, it will be mentioned that the sixth sultan of the Marinides, Abu Yusuf Yakup al-Mansur, gives suport to the oppressed Andalusian Muslims in the face of Christian attacks and the mobilization of jihad he has made there. Since the Muslims in Andalusia were exposed to the attack by the Christians, Sultan Abu Yusuf Yakup, who they had called for help, initiated jihad mobilization in Andalusia after solving the problems in his country. For this purpose he has gone to Andalusia four times. Abu Yusuf, who made his first campaign in 674 (1275), defeated the enemy army he met near İstece (Écija). This victory gave the Andalusian spirit a revival, while the other side hoped for a while in Andalusia. Abu Yusuf, who made his second campaign in 677 (1277), established authority in Mâleka (Malaga), with the support of Benit Ashkalle family. This situation was perceived as a domination by the Nasrids in the territory of Andalusia, which forced them to form alliances with the Christians while defeating them with the Marinides. In the meantime, the Marinides have carried out attacks with the intention of putting the troops with Benit Ashkalle on their side and putting pressure on the lands under the dominion of the Kingdom of Castilian. He made his third expedition in 681 (1212) on his own request for help from King Alfonso’s son, whom he had seized the throne for the civil war in the castle of Castilian. As a result, there has been no change in the throne of Castilian when the Nasrids, which had previously been falled out by them, were in peace. In the year 684 (1285), the fourth campaign, which was the strongest military service, provided the conquest of the important fortresses and cities, while at the same time forced King Sancho to have a hefty treaty.

Deli Dumrul is one of the twelve stories in the ancient Turkish legend Dede Korkut written in the fifteenth century. The Seventh Seal is a film directed by Swedish director Ingmar Bergman in 1957. Although there are about five centuries of time between them, there is a common theme among these two works. Deli Dumrul and the Seventh Seal are the main characters of the film. Antonius Block who oppose the death of Azrael and eventually defeat him. Deli Dumrul strong and brave Oguz young man. He is a character who obeys Azrael in a way that takes a younger soul to death and tries to quarrel with death. Finally he can not defeat him. Antonius Block, the main hero of the Seventh Seal of Film. He is a medieval knight who returns from the crusade is tired of war, and doubts by God when he sees the veil. But Block approached Azrael like Deli Dumrul when his death approached. He continued to play chess. Knowing that his life will be lost, the knight has extended the Azrail as long as the game is extended to distract him. But the result has not changed as it is in Deli Dumrul's story. Because it is not possible to defeat death. Despite the fact that Deli Dumrul's story is Islam and the Seventh Seal is the works bearing the traces of Christianity. The common point between these two is that they should give similar suggestions about the unchangeable fate of man. Therefore in this study the issue of dealing with death through the characters of Deli Dumrul's Story Deli Dumrul and the Seventh Seal's Antonius Block characters was handled comparatively.

There was a serious increase in the number of the associations in the Ottoman Empire with the declaration of the Second Constitutional Monarchy on 24 July 1908. An important part of these associations, which became an indispensable part of social life afterwards, consisted of the associations working for delivering social assistance, alleviating poverty and enhancing social prosperity. Besides, there were associations aiming to operate in the field of education as well as the aforementioned associations. The associations showing an increase in number with the Second Constitutional Monarchy became legitimate with the Law of the Associations dated 16 August 1909. Also, the right and freedom to establish an association were guaranteed in the constitution by article 120 added to the Ottoman Basic Law (Kanun-i Esasi) on 21 August 1909. In this study, Rehber-i Teavün Cemiyeti, one of the associations established for the poor and orphan children’s education in Istanbul on 14 November 1910, will be examined in detail. The formation process and aims of this association are important in the context of understanding the service concepts and contributions of the similar social assistance institutions of the period to the society. In the present study carried out with the help of the documents of the Ottoman archive of the Prime Ministry and regulations of Rehber-i Teavün Cemiyeti, the founders and aims of this association will be revealed in detail and the changing concept of social assistance will be evaluated in the light of this information.

In this article, two coins, which we detected during a research in Mardin Museum, have been studied. One of such coins was made of silver, and the other one was made of copper. When the inscriptions on such coins were read, it was seen that they belong to the Mongol Khan Olcaytu. The coin inscriptions are in parallel with the periodical resources giving information about the life of Olcaytu Khan. The resources of the period have told the process of Olcaytu Khan becoming Muslim in a very detailed manner. The silver coin in the museum, dated 704/1304, was minted after Olcaytu Khan had become Muslim. On this coin, names of Caliph Rashid (4 caliphs) were mentioned, they were saluted, and accordingly an attitude of followers of sunnah was put forward. However, such Sunni attitude did not last long within colourful religious life of Olcaytu Khan, and the adventure of preferring the Shia sect started soon. The second coin, which is copper, bears the clues of practices made after Olcaytu Khan become Shia. Olcaytu Khan transformed such coin into a Shia propaganda material with the statement of Aliyyenveliyullah. Resources of the period state that Olcaytu Khan not only wrote Aliyyenveliyullah on the coins, but also added “Hayye ale’l-Hayrü’l Amel” statement in the adhan, by means of imperial orders sent to all dominated regions. He excluded the name of companion of Prophet Mohammed from the coins, and wrote names of 12 Shia imams. The reason why Olcaytu Khan transformed his imperial powers into Shiah propaganda is that he wanted to change his subjects just like his own transformation. But Mongol subjects were mainly Sunni, and such kind of actions were perceived by the people as power pressure. As a result of such force into change of sect, the people resisted severely in important centres such as Baghdad and Shiraz.

As a universal phenomenon and a social phenomenon, migration, can be defined as people moving from one place to another due to economic, social, political, ecological, etc.. Migrations can be divided into categories according to their different characteristics. From the place where the migration is made, a separation can be made in the form of internal migration and external migration. On the other hand, a dual classification can be made in terms of forced migration or voluntary migration on the basis of migration reasons. The adventure of external migration of Turkey began at 1960. Most of the migrations were made for economic reasons. Immigrants, who were accepted as workers, began to settle in the settlement where they migrated after a while and became permanent. On the one hand, immigrants have carried their own cultures to new living spaces, on the other hand, they have started to carry the culture they have acquired to their own motherland. Especially after receiving a residence permit, socio-cultural intercourse started to increase with increasing visits to the homeland. The subject of this study is mainly concerned with external migration and its consequences. In this context, purpose of study examines the influences of those who migrated to Germany to the socio-cultural and religious life in their homeland. After the sociological perspective of immigration, the adventure of immigration to Germany was briefly discussed. After considering the relation between migration and social change, the effects of external migration on cultural, economic, religious and political dimensions are discussed. Interviews and observations were used as the basic data collection technique in the study. In the light of the obtained data, the effect of socio-cultural and religious life on immigrants' self-estates has been examined. In the study, it has been observed that the immigrants accelerated some changes in their socio-cultural and religious life in their homeland. The introduction of a temporal order in the region, before and after migration, shows the dimensions of this change and transformation.

Conception of God in The Early Nusayri Litarature

In this article, the Nusayri tradition, which emerged in the III/IX. century in Iraq’s geography and continued its existence without losing its esoteric character until modern times, examined the first period the concept of God which had a central prescription in understanding the system of belief. The movement gives great importance on secrecy like other esoteric sect. In addition to its esoteric character, due to pressures on the sect, leading scholars hide the liturgical literature, causing a lack of important information, especially about Nusayri's belief structure. However, from the XIX. century, some missionaries and scientists have obtained works written by Nusayri authors, thus scientific studies have begun on the sect. Moreover, as a result of the academic studies on the Nusayriyya in recent periods and the works published by Nusayri authors, the sect can be enlightened. It is very difficult to reveal all aspects of any religious group’s faith in God. Because the notion of god is not completely clear in religious literature or in the minds of the religious community in all its aspects. This is even more difficult for religious groups who have accepted the fundamental religious doctrine as the basis for secrecy, such as Nusayrism. In spite of all these difficulties, we believe that a basic idea of Nusayriyya’s god notion can be reached through a holistic approach to the early period Nusayri works which can be reached today.

Ishari/Sufi Interpretations in al-Qurtubi’s Tafsir

Ishari tafsir tradition which can be evaluated within the ta’wil tradition is one of the means of interpretation widely used by Sufis. Ishari tafsir, found on the boundaries of the ‘irfani ta'wil, is based on the notion of the indication of the wording to its meaning. Isharah (sign), of the indicator to meaning but non-verbal elements is one of subjects, interpreting the wording and the means by which people can communicate. The sign, which may have abstract or concrete characteristics, may have many meanings at the same time. When these meanings is applied to wording, the polysemy and closure which the wording possesses, reveals the existence of a meaning beyond the apparent one. Thus, the wording and the meaning it signs overflow outside of the apparent meaning and attribute a new meaning which is additional or beyond the wording to it. Indeed, ishari tafsir and interpretations are based on the process of expressing opinion on the meaning which the verses signal and they endeavor to reach the ishari meaning by coming out from the signs in the apparent or from the inner signs that cannot be apparently seen and felt. Abu Abdillah Muhammad b. Ahmad al-Qurtubi, one of famous scholars in the fields of tafsir, hadith and fiqh, gives also place to ishari interpretations and makes comments and evaluations on a number of sufi/ishari concepts suchs as zuhd, walayah, karamah, wacd, sama, futuwwah in his tafsir titled al-Jami li Ahkam al-Quran. In this paper the ishari interpretations in al-Qurtubi’s tafsir will be discussed and the topic will be examined at the limits of the paper.

Different dictionaries and encyclopedias have made different definitions about art and aesthetics. The Qur'an, the main source of Islamic religion, speaks of many concepts that remind aesthetics. Especially we have also read that in Hz. Muhammad's words, deeds and remarks, there are also expressions of beauty that express aesthetic.
The Ottoman modernization movement that started with the Tanzimat period continued in the Republican era. The process of modernization has affected Turkish society from different angles and left it alone with a new socialization process. Women who formed the face of social transformation in this process were presented as symbols of modernization. The modernization process did not create an inclusionary language that appealed to all women from different parts of the society. Women from the conservative and religious sections of society have not been able to take advantage of the opportunities of the public sphere shaped by the modern approach. The fact that women from conservative and religious groups have deepened their distances to the public sphere and retreated to more private sphere because they cannot have the clothing style required by modern public life. Therefore, the modernization process has incorporated some of the women with public life through their restructured social roles and clothing styles while leaving the conservative and religious women out of it. Because of social roles defined by patriarchal values and unfulfilling formal criteria of modernity, conservative and religious women have not been able to push the boundaries of the public sphere.
People act in compatible with the behaviors of their own cultures such as behaving according to their gender, clothing, and talking. In this direction, change of cultural values makes societies different. Social change closely affects every institute and every individual in that society, and large changes emerge in the family structure and the female and male identities. While this case makes explicit gender differences in consumption preferences in some societies, it does not cause the differences in some societies. The last stage gender reaches at the point of individual preference is the concept “desexualisation”. While the concept “desexualisation” is discussed, in contrast the word “sexualisation”, it expresses not belonging to any gender or belonging to both genders. In social sciences, it is more used in the meaning of elimination of distinctive gender behaviors in social part of sex. At the present days, when the technological development and change are at the high levels, people can choose to be desexual in addition to being male and female. Just as desexaulisation can be on the basis of opinion about consumption preferences, it can be about the issues such as child raising and education. The aim of the study is to introduce what the effect of the elimination of distinctive gender behaviors on consumption preferences can be.

The birth and development of philosophical thought in Andalusia has been very problematic. Andalusia imitates the Orient in the field of philosophical thought as it is in every area. But it has not so easy to enter the philosophy in Andalusia. The historical journey of philosophical thought from east to west was both tough and adventurous, and at the same time followed a long process. On this historic journey some of the Andalusian philosophers have paid so much for their interest in philosophy. The brought philosophies of India, Egypt, Iran and early Greek into the Islamic world through translations and that this is supported by the existing authority, is the result of the interest in philosophy. This would be the reason that great philosophers such as Kindi, Fârâbî and İbn Sînâ were present in the east and they established their own philosophical systems. There was neither a ready source nor a support for the birth and development of philosophy in Andalusia as in the east. From the beginning of the Conquest, it will be more correct to talk about the preventive factors, rather than supporting the development of Philosophy. The factors such as the distance of Andalusia to the east, the absence of a supposedly philosophical model, as in the early Greek philosophy, to stay away some of the orders and conquerers of Andalusia from the philosophy, the entrance of fiqhist sects firstly, in the context of the solution of practical problems into Andalusia and the factors such as the fact that the judges do not tolerate different thoughts to strengthen their authority slowed, stopped, and sometimes prevented the development of philosophy in Andalusia. The purpose of this notification is to reveal the role of fuqaha which prevents the development of philosophy in Andalusia.

Andalus witnessed one of the most illuminated periods of Islamic civilization history. This period which begins conquering of the region by Emevis at the end of the first Hijri century continued with spreading of Arabic language and Islam and became a bridge between East and West as the cradle of illumination and science for long years. Islamic sciences were taught first by tabiun (disciples of the Muhammed) generation loacted in these soils, scholars of andalus went to the cities of Cairo, Mecca, Medina, Baghdad, Damascus, Basra, Kufe that are scientific centers of the period. Some scholars from these centers came to Andalus and gave classes there. The studies of hadiths, the sciences of Islamic law, reading quran beside the interpretation were carried out. Becoming a self-contained discipline of interpratation in this region was realized by the first half of third century hijri. The approach to the interpretation of region scholars, in terms of method, rules, conditions despite of the differences of culture, quantity, quality, time etc. is the same as east scholaras but they have had an atttitude that make an impression with the methods that they developed in work writing. This article is aimed at comparing the methods of studying the rumors related to prophet Noah from prophet parables which are covered widely in quran by İbn ͑Aṭiyye died. 541/1147) and Ḳurṭubī’nin (died, 671/1273) who are of al-andalus expounders. There are two sources that are interpretation works named al-Muḥarraru’l-Vecīz by İbn ͑Aṭiyye and al-Cāmiu‘ li-Aḥkāmi’l-Ḳur’ān by al-Ḳurṭubī for this study. The common charecteristic of these two writers is that they implement the method of rumors and wisdom although their interpratataions are categorized by the rumors interpretation. However, there are more than one century difference in life between these two expounders. This can cause interpretation differences despite of the closeness of the sources they presented. The parable of prophet Noah in this study has a rumor density in terms of including the news of oneness, deluge, ship, extinction, etc. The similarities and differences in telling methods of these rumors of İbn ͑Aṭıyye and Ḳurṭubī’who lived in the same location and time closed to each other and represent the same school.
