Airports are one of the most developed structures in point of electromagnetic and digital information aspect. Extremely high amount of information about aviation operation has to be connected with all related units in order to keep operation effectively on-time. Thus, communication web must be both reasonable punctual and well-protected. Since airports are equipped by millions system, it is quite essential to pick the right component to examine in order to find out the main points of system and to restore for the best security service level. At the end of this implementation, the potential failure types of critical points of airport have been examined and identified. So that in case of any cyber action, users will have been informed by the knowledge of proactive support system. Moreover, user will also be educated about how to react to prevent or minimize the possible damage coming from a cyber-attack. In the first stage of this paper, the theoretical research of cyberspace and possible threats have been examined. In the second part, cyber security terms and units related to government policy have been stated. In the final part of the study, the categorization of possible cyber-attacks against airport systems have been discussed and evaluated by confidentiality, integrity, accessibility scale. To analyze failure type and level of its effect FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) method has been applied in this study.
Every year in Turkey, over two million candidates enter the university exam to shape their future and realize their career dreams, and less than half of these candidates are placed in the university. One of the most important criteria in the university preferences of candidates is the high possibility of finding a job after graduation. The number of studies on the adequacy of university education in Turkey seems to be very few. Numerous studies have been done which determine that the students perceive a weak bond between the marketing education and the practical world. The aim of this study is to make ethical evaluation in marketing education which is given at universities and to make a literature review of research which is conducted on new methods. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the graduate students' perceptions of business success and new methods used in education after the undergraduate education in which the important ring of marketing education in Turkey is given every year and to find out in the light of the findings of studies carried out in this subject. For this purpose, the issues between 2015 and 2017 were scanned in order to focus on the new publications of nine different magazines accepted in the field of marketing, which were searched in Social Science Citation Index, which is on the ULAKBIM magazine list. As a result of the scanning, twelve articles seemed relevant to the topic were examined and the findings were presented in a chart form. Consequently, the results of the studies have been evaluated in general terms and suggestions have been made for studies that can be done in Turkey.

Mobile technologies are an important evolution in the face of a virtual world that faces every aspect of life and makes life easier on the positive side. For parents, the use of mobile devices in child development is quite common in the daily life ritual. The ever-increasing number of children using mobile applications has increased the interest in developing educational mobile applications. It is observed that the mobile application market is gradually moving towards children's content and designs. Cognitive and physical limitations, when children spend time online in the internet environment, bring with it many challenges. We can say that a poorly designed mobile application content and a design that is matched to colors and patterns that are not suitable for children make this even worse. In a design for the child, the child's developmental characteristics must be kept on the front panel and the design should be done in this direction. Making a design for a child has big differences from those made for adults. Children's needs require special attention and effort. Careful consideration of these needs for the designers of the future is thought to contribute to the child's development process. It is a matter of curiosity that educational mobile applications provide a visual unity that has a wide range of content and design based on their target audience. The creation of these applications with special content and design for children brings with it many questions in itself. It is expected that the use of the application is appropriate for the developmental stage of the child, the content and design suitability of the child, input and feedback, parental expectations, and so on. Mobile application design is seen as a whole, it is important for the designer, the developer and the content creators to act as a team in order to maintain integrity in the application. The purpose of this study is to discuss the elements that should be considered in the design and development process of mobile applications developed for children.

The increasing investments in information and communications technology (ICT) and its reflection in educational settings have necessitated the interaction of educational stakeholders with ICT at different levels. However, the pressure to use information technology may not necessarily lead to its acceptance. For this reason, it is important to investigate to what extent all stakeholders in learning environments are willing to use new technologies offered. A number of theoretical models have been proposed to explain acceptance of technology by its users and identify the factors that influence individuals’ use of technology in a variety of domains including education. The aim of this study is to present a context-appropriate validated model that can be used to evaluate acceptance and use of any technology by users/consumers in Turkish context. In this study, the original English UTAUT2 was chosen for this purpose. After the scale was translated into Turkish in line with cross-cultural adaptation guidelines for self-report measures, the model was tested within the context of instructional technologies with a sample of 723 Turkish pre-service teachers at a state university. Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach alpha correlation coefficients, and confirmatory factor analysis were used to examine the validity and reliability properties of the model. The results indicate that the validated Turkish version of UTAUT2 has acceptable fit indices and can be used for evaluating the acceptance and use of new technologies by Turkish consumers.

In this study, it is aimed to examine the relations between self-efficacy perceptions of prospective teachers and their attitudes towards computer-aided teaching. The study is a research in the relational model conducted by quantitative methods. The study group of the research is composed of 3rd and 4th grade students who are studying at Gaziantep University Faculty of Education in 2016-2017 academic year and Science and Literature faculty students who are studying formation education at the same university education faculties. 66.5% (290 persons) of the 436 teacher candidates participating in the study were women and 33.5% (146 persons) were male. While 70.2% (306 people) of the candidates were in formation education, 29.8% (130 people) were in education faculty. Survey data was obtained by the "Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale" which was developed in 2001 by Tcshannen-Moran and Woolfolk-Hoy and validity and reliability studies in Turkish was made in 2005 by Çapa, Çakıroğlu and Sarıkaya. Also the "Attitude Scale for Computer-Aided Training" developed by Arslan in 2006 was used. The difference between the self-efficacy of the prospective teachers according to the faculty of graduation is significant t(436)=3.591, p <.01. When arithmetic averages are examined, self-sufficiency of the students in formation education who graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences is higher than those who continue their education in the Faculty of Education. It was determined that the self-efficacy of teacher candidates did not significantly differ according to the division in which they were educated (F(2,433)=1.092, p>.05.). In other words, it can be said that the self-efficacy of teacher candidates does not depend on the division they study. The difference between the attitudes of the prospective teachers to the CAE according to the faculty members they graduate is not significant (t(434)=487, p> .05). In other words, the attitudes of teacher candidates who are studying in formation and education faculties towards CAE are considered to be equal. It was determined that the attitudes of the prospective teachers to the CAE did not significantly differ according to the division in which they were educated (F(2,433)=1.105, p> .05). In other words, it can be said that the attitudes of teacher candidates who are in verbal, numerical or equal weight branch to CAE are equivalent. There is a significant and weak positive relationship between the attitude toward CAE and teacher self-efficacy sub-dimensions which are the ability to support student participation, the use of instructional strategies and the ability to perform classroom management. In addition, the regression model includes significant results as a whole. R = 0.18, R2 = 0.032, F (3,432) = 4.816, p <.01. The three variables mentioned together account for 3.2% of the total variance.
