Calpack, in today’s Kyrgyzstan, is not only defined as a head craft wore in towns which is remembered barely during national and religious bairams but also it emerged as a concrete sample of Kyrgyz national philosophy, which has been kept alive from mythological era to epic era and from epic era to present day by the colors it involved and the motifs it carried. Irregardless of the social statues, calpacks can be observed on nearly all Kyrgyz men’s heads and even this particular feature of calpack makes it an important element to analyze not only for Kyrgyz culture but also for the common Turkish culture. Our aim is to determine the various values of calpack which have been survived from past to present.

Poetics has been a topic of interest for many centuries. All the reseachers tried to explain this concept by using the Poetics by Aristo. Generally, they aggree that this concept has not been defined clearly. The main reason fort his is that the borders of the concep is unclear. These borders can be expressed as the poetics of genre, of work, of movement, of poem, etc. Our work is about poetics of work based on Semih Tezcan’s work. In the case of Bogaç Han, we saw that the work of Kitab-ı Dedem Korkut has a completeness.

Internal migration and its effects and results are handled in a number of literary works from different perspectives, but external migration and its effects and results are not handled in the same scale in Modern Turkish Literature. Sevinç Çokum is an exceptional personality among those writers who deal with internal and external migration of Turkish people. The writer in Çırpıntılar has touched upon the problems of congruity, struggles of life and the efforts aiming at continuing cultural codes of Turkish people who has to live in a foreign country as others or outsiders. Since, the novel deals with those people who has migrated to a foreign country to work there, to make money and return their homeland, it can be said that, the novel Çırpıntılar has a special place among other novels of the writer. The modern Turkish novels dealing with external migration primarily handle the migrations taking place towards the West- especiallay to Germany. Çırpıntılar whose topic take place in Australia has a special place among those novels dealing with migration to Germany. In this study, the reflectins of problems of those people who had to migrate to a forein country, Australia, will be investigated and analyzed from the perspective of Sevinç Çokum’s novel, Çırpıntılar.

It is possible that there are class literatures which were created of some poets and writers in classical Turkish literature. It can be said that there is Mevlevî literature which is reinforced by the tradition of classical Turkish literature and Mevlevî tarika. Mevlevî literature made its own tradition of biography. The biography book, called Tezkire-i Şu’arâ-yı Mevleviyye which was written at the end of 18th century by Esrâr Dede, has a big importance because of collecting the Mevlevi poets. Semâ’-hâne-i Edeb, which was written at the end of the 19th century is a similar biography book with Tezkire-i Şu’arâ-yı Mevleviyye. This book collects 190 Mevlevî poets biography. In this biography book Alî Enver writes his own opinions which are different of Esrâr Dede. If we compare these biography books we see that Semâ’-hâne-i Edeb is not a summary of Tezkire-i Şu’arâ-yı Mevleviyye. In this article we tried to show that Semâ’-hâne-i Edeb is an independent biography book.

An Essay Study Of Documentary And Classification On The Time Adverbials In Turkish

In the study, the classification of the time adverbials based on Smith’s (1991) theory has been tried to be applied. Turkish Language Association’s Turkish Dictionary (2007) has been chosen as the fundamental database. Moreover, the PhD study of Özkan (2007) named Türkiye Türkçesinde Belirteçlerin Fiillerle Birlikte Kullanımları ve Eşdizimliliği has also been used. In the mentioned study, 306 texts have been searched and the adverbials in these texts have been taken in their original forms/sentences. In this way, the context used in the classification on the time adverbials is at the level of the sentence in their original forms. The basic determinant about preferring the mentioned databases is that they give the adverbials in their original sentences in a more understandable context. From the adverbials taken from the databases, only the time adverbials have been chosen and these adverbials have been placed on the classification of Smith’s (1991) theory. As a result of the descriptions of the time adverbials’ classification, the relationship between the aspect/tense systems of Turkish and the time adverbials in Turkish have been tried to be found out. According to the mentioned classification, there seems to be a strong relationship between aspect/tense systems of Turkish and the classification of the time adverbials based on Smith’s (1991) theory.

We must have same points of agreement for protecting and developing Turkish language. In details, we may be have some disagreements but about the life of language, the speakers of the same language must have some point of agreement. But these points of agreement must be reasonable and scientific. If at these points the agreements are made language lives in health and safety and it will develop on the straight direction. We, in this article, worked to gesture some principles that every intelligent and sensitive linguist will agree with them. These points of agreement are the protection of structure, syntax and phonetic of language and protecting of foreign vocabulary that they have been our language words since a lot of time, and to answer with refuse elimination foreign word that we accepted and employed, approved, adopted. We believe that nobody mustn’t touch its natural features. Because language is lively phenomenon. It is a vivid and active river. A river if flows will be clear and as it flows to the sea, it collects small streams and then will be abundant.
