Teknolojinin dil öğrenme sürecine entegrasyonu, eğitim teknolojisindeki sürekli gelişmelerle birlikte uzun zamandır tartışılmaktadır. Bu araştırmalar genellikle öğrencilerin teknolojiyi kullanarak yabancı bir dil öğrenmelerine nasıl yardımcı olabileceğine ilişkin becerilerine odaklanmaktadır. Bu makale de, Arapça çeviride teknolojinin rolünü değerlendirerek, yazılı ve sözlü çeviri süreçlerinde teknolojik araçların etkin kullanımını ele almaktadır. Yabancı dil eğitimi gören çeviri öğrencilerinin hem sözlü hem de yazılı çeviri becerilerini geliştirmelerine nasıl katkıda bulunduğu ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda çeviri edincini destekleyen teknolojik araçlar ve teknolojiyi çeviri eğitime entegre etme yolları açıklanmış, bilgisayar destekli çeviri araçları başta olmak üzere, sanal sınıflar ve çevrimiçi işbirliği araçları, Quizlet ve Anki gibi araçlar, çevrimiçi tartışma forumları, podcastler ve sanal gerçeklik uygulamalarının kullanımıyla ilgili etkinlik önerileri verilmiştir. Bu çalışma, teknolojinin çeviri süreçlerini kolaylaştırdığına, ancak etkin bir şekilde kullanılabilmesi için teknolojik yetkinlik ile dil ve kültürel bilgi dengesinin önemine dikkat çekmektedir. Teknolojinin bilinçli ve stratejik bir şekilde kullanımı, çeviri öğrencilerinin sektördeki rekabet gücünü artıracak ve onları iş dünyasına daha hazır hale getirecektir. Bu nedenle, çeviri derslerinde teknolojinin daha etkin kullanılması ve çeviri eğitiminin dijitalleşme sürecine uyum sağlaması önem taşımaktadır. Öğrencilerin sadece teknolojik araçları kullanma becerilerini değil, aynı zamanda bu araçları etkin ve bilinçli bir şekilde kullanma stratejilerini de geliştirmeleri açısından birtakım öneriler verilerek çalışma sonlandırılmıştır.

The integration of technology into the language learning process has long been discussed along with the continuous developments in educational technology. These studies generally focus on the skills of students regarding how technology can help them learn a foreign language. This article also evaluates the role of technology in Arabic translation and addresses the effective use of technological tools in written and oral translation processes. It discusses how it contributes to the development of both oral and written translation skills of translation students receiving foreign language education. In this context, technological tools that support translation competence and ways to integrate technology into translation education are explained, and activity suggestions are given regarding the use of computer-aided translation tools, virtual classrooms and online collaboration tools, tools such as Quizlet and Anki, online discussion forums, podcasts and virtual reality applications. This study draws attention to the fact that technology facilitates translation processes, but for its effective use, the importance of technological competence and the balance of language and cultural knowledge is important. Conscious and strategic use of technology will increase the competitiveness of translation students in the sector and make them more prepared for the business world. Therefore, it is important to use technology more effectively in translation courses and to adapt translation education to the digitalization process. The study is concluded by giving some suggestions for students to develop not only their skills in using technological tools, but also their strategies for using these tools effectively and consciously.
