Bu makale, Sergüzeştnâme-i Kâtib Osmân doğrultusunda oluşturulmuş bir çalışmadır. Tanıtım, inceleme, sunum ve sonuç eksenli olarak dört temel kısımda oluşturulmuş söz konusu çalışmanın asıl çizgisini Millî Kütüphane Türkçe Yazmalar Koleksiyonu 06 Mil Yz A 4343 yer numarasıyla kayıtlı Sergüzeştnâme-i Kâtib Osmân adlı eser oluşturmaktadır. Makalede öncelikle hakkında bilinenlere yeni bilgiler eklenmek yoluyla Kâtib Osmân tanıtılmıştır. Tanıtım kısmında sergüzeştnâme edebî türüne de değinilmiştir. Ardından söz konusu eser, biçim ve içerik özellikleri bağlamında değerlendirilmiştir. Sonrasında ilgili eser nüshası tavsif edilerek nüshanın özellikleri verilmiştir. Sonraki kısım, metnin çeviri yazılı hâlinden oluşmaktadır. Bu kısımda şairin kastetmek istediği şeylere dikkat edilmek yoluyla tam ve eksiksiz bir metnin sunulması amaçlanmıştır. İlgili çalışma, asılda bir edebî metni ortaya koyarken şairinin biyografisini tamamlayıcı bilgiler sunması açısından da önem taşımaktadır. Özetle, Kâtib Osmân ile ilgili bilinenler iyiden iyiye belirginleşmiş ve neşredilmemiş bir edebî metin edebiyata takdim edilmiştir.
This article is a work created in line with Sergüzeştnâme-i Kâtib Osman. The main line of the study, which was created in four basic parts, namely introduction, analysis, presentation and conclusion, is the work named Sergüzeştnâme-i Kâtib Osmân, registered in the National Library Turkish Manuscripts Collection with the location number 06 Mil Yz A 4343. In the article, Kâtib Osman is first introduced by adding new information to what is known about him. In the introduction part, the literary genre of sergüzeştnâme was also mentioned. Then, the work in question was evaluated in the context of its form and content features. Afterwards, the relevant copy of the work is described and its characteristics are given. The next part consists of the translated version of the text. In this section, it is aimed to present a full and complete text by paying attention to what the poet wants to mean. While the relevant study actually presents a literary text, it is also important in terms of providing complementary information about the poet's biography. In summary, what is known about Kâtib Osmân has become clearer and an unpublished literary text has been presented to literature.
