Bu çalışmada, üniversitelerin Türkçe eğitimi bölümlerinde lisans düzeyinde öğrenim görmüş bireylerin atanacakları öğretmenlik alanının belirlenmesi ve bu öğretmenlik alanı kapsamında okutacakları derslerin Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı mevzuatı doğrultusunda betimlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu Başkanlığına ait 20.02.2014 tarih ve 9 sayılı karar ile ekindeki “Öğretmenlik Alanları, Atama ve Ders Okutma Esasları” metni incelenmiş, Türkçe öğretmenleri tarafından okutulacak dersler belirlenmiştir.  İlgili öğretim programları aracılığıyla bu dersler; özel amaçları, öğrenme öğretme süreçleri ve ölçme değerlendirme yönünden betimlenmiştir. Araştırma deseni bakımından nitel durum çalışması özelliği gösteren bu çalışmada, verilerin toplanması aşamasında doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılmış, verilerin analizi sürecinde ise betimsel analiz tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma, sonuçları itibariyle değerlendirildiğinde; Türkçe, halk kültürü, düşünme eğitimi, medya okuryazarlığı, okuma becerileri, yazarlık ve yazma becerileri, iletişim ve sunum becerileri ile drama dersleri, Türkçe öğretmenliği kapsamında okutulabilecek dersler olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Söz konusu dersler içerikleri bakımından incelendiğinde bu derslerin; öğrencilerin ana dili becerilerinin geliştirilmesi, dil gelişimlerinin izlenmesi ve değerlendirilmesi, okul - aile ve toplumla iş birliği, okuma sevgisi ve alışkanlığının kazandırılması ile öğrencilerin yaratıcı yetilerinin geliştirilmesi konusunda Türkçe eğitimi faaliyetlerini destekleyici özelliğe sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu yönüyle ilgili derslerin ana dili eğitimi bağlamında, eğitim araştırmacıları tarafından incelenerek öğrenme öğretme süreçlerinin güçlendirilmesi sonucu, Türkçe eğitiminde yaşanan sorunların çözümü konusunda yararlı olacağına inanılmaktadır.

In this study, it is aimed to determine the teaching field to be assigned to individuals who have studied at the undergraduate level in the departments of Turkish education at universities and to describe the courses they will study within the scope of this teaching field under the legislation of the Ministry of National Education. In line with this purpose, the text of "Decision dated 20.02.2014 and numbered 9 of the Board of Education and Discipline" and the text of "Teaching Fields, Assignment and Lecture Teaching Principles" in addition to the decision were examined, and the courses to be taught by Turkish teachers were determined. Through the relevant teaching programs, these courses are described in accordance with their specific goals, learning and teaching processes, and in terms of measurement and evaluation. In this study, which shows a qualitative case study in terms of research design, the document review method was used at the data collection stage, and descriptive analysis technique was used in the data analysis process. When the research is evaluated in terms of its results, we come across Turkish, folk culture, thinking education, media literacy, reading skills, authorship and writing skills, communication and presentation skills, and drama courses as courses that can be taught within the scope of Turkish teaching. When these courses are examined in terms of their content, it has been determined that these courses have the feature of supporting Turkish education activities in developing the native language skills of the students, monitoring and evaluating their language development, cooperation with the school, family and society, developing the love and habit of reading and improving the creative abilities of students.
