Kurmaca metinlerin yapılandırılmasında yazarın tercih ettiği bakış açısı okurun metni kavrama biçimine yön verir. Nitel ve betimsel bir desenle yapılandırılan bu çalışmada ortaokul Türkçe ders kitaplarında yer alan 30 kurmaca metin odaklayım ve anlatıcı açısından incelenmiştir. Elde edilen verilere göre incelenen kurmaca metinlerde anlatıcılar, sıklıkla dışta konumlanmakta ve olayları dışarıdan gözlemlemektedirler. Genel anlamda öznel ve nesnel odaklayım biçimlerinin birlikte kullanıldığı ve herhangi bir metinde çoklu odaklayıma yer verilmediği görülmüştür. Nesnel odaklayım biçimi (n:30) tüm metinlerde tercih edilirken öznel odaklayım (n:16) daha az dağılm düzeyine sahiptir. Üç farklı odaklayım biçiminin (iç, dış ve ikili odaklayım) (n:3) birlikte kullanıldığı metinlerin sıklık düzeyinin düşük olduğu söylenebilir. İncelenen kurmaca metinlerde anlatıcının çoğunlukla dışta konumlandığı ve yetişkin sesinin kurguya egemen olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu da karakterlerin içsel dünyalarıyla değil de dıştaki bir ses aracılığıyla tanınmalarına neden olmaktadır. Genel anlamda metinlerde yetişkin sesinin ağır basması yetişkin anlatıcıyı kurgusal dünyada imtiyazlı bir konuma yerleştirmektedir. Özellikle elöyküsel anlatıcı türü, anlatıcı sesinin yetişkin olması, anlatıcının dışta konumlanması bunun temel göstergeleridir. Bu açıdan incelenen kurmaca metinlerdeki anlatıcı ile çocuk okur/öğrenci arasında bir mesafe oluşturulduğu söylenebilir. Genel bir değerlendirmeyle ortaokul Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki kurgusal metinlerde yetişkin görme biçiminin egemen olduğu, çocuk bakış açısının yeterli düzeyde yakalanmadığı, çocuk okurla anlatıcı arasında otoriteye dayalı bir uzaklık yaratıldığı söylenebilir. Bu çalışmanın dışında çocuklara seslenen çeşitli yapıtlar ya da metinler odaklayım, bakış açısı ve anlatıcı açısından incelenebilir.

The point of view preferred by the author in the construction of fictional texts directs the way the reader comprehends the text. In this study, which is structured with a qualitative and descriptive pattern, 30 fictional texts in secondary school Turkish textbooks were examined in terms of focalization and narrator. According to the data obtained, the narrators are often situated outside and observe the events from the outside in the fictional texts examined. In general terms, it has been seen that subjective and objective focalization forms are used together and multiple focuses are not included in any fictional text. While the objective focalization form (n: 30) is preferred in all texts, the subjective focalization (n: 16) has less distribution level. It can be said that the frequency level of the texts in which three different focusing modes (internal, external and dual focusing) (n: 3) are used together is low. In the fictional texts examined, it was determined that the narrator was mostly placed outside and the adult voice dominated in the fiction. This causes the characters to be recognized not through their inner worlds, but in an outside voice. In general, the ascendency of the adult voice in the texts places the adult narrator in a privileged position in the fictional world. Particularly the third-person narrator, the narrator’s voice being an adult, the narrator’s external positioning is the basic indicators of this. From this point of sight, it can be said that a distance has been established between the narrator and the child reader/student in the fictional texts. With a general evaluation, it can be stated that in the fictional texts in secondary school Turkish textbooks, the way of seeing adults dominates, the child's perspective is not sufficiently represented, and an authoritative distance is created between the child reader and the narrator. Apart from this study, various literary works or texts addressing children can be examined in terms of focalization, point of view, and narrator.
