Dinamik gelişimsel uygulamaları hayata geçirme konusunda önemli rolleri bulunan örgütlerin değişime uyum sağlamak amacıyla sürekli öğrenme becerileri kazanarak başarılı yöntemleri inşa etmeye ihtiyaçları bulunmaktadır. Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de Covid 19 pandemisi sürecinde milyonlarca öğrenci uzaktan eğitim yöntemlerini kullanarak ve eğitimde dijital içeriklerden faydalanarak evde eğitimlerini gerçekleştirmektedirler. Bu dijital içerikler, MEB Yenilik ve Eğitim Teknolojileri Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin kullanımına sunulan EBA (eğitim bilişim ağı) aracılığıyla sağlanmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin ve öğrencilerin EBA’yı etkin kullanmalarını gerektiren bu süreçte EBA’ya yönelik tutumların incelenmesi araştırmanın problemini oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin Eğitim Bilişim Ağı platformuna yönelik tutumlarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmada kolay ulaşılabilirlik örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul İli, Avcılar İlçesinde görev yapan 1308 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma modeli olarak nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak ‘‘EBA Bilişim Ağı Tutum Ölçeği’’ ve demografik bilgi formu kullanılmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS 15.0 paket programı kullanılarak t-testi ve ANOVA testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada kullanılan ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlılık katsayısı .94 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, katılımcı öğretmenlerin EBA’ya yönelik tutumlarının genel olarak olumlu düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür.  Yaş, okul türü, hizmet yılı değişkenine göre ölçeğin her iki alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılık ortaya çıkarken, cinsiyet ve eğitim durumu değişkenine ilişkin ölçeğin alt boyutlarında istatiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık gözlenmemiştir.

Organizations that have important roles in implementing dynamic developmental practices need to build successful methods by gaining continuous learning skills in order to adapt to change. Millions of students in our country, like all over the world, carry out their home education by using distance education methods and using digital content in education during the Covid 19 pandemic process. These digital contents that were provided through EBA (education informatics network), which was made available to students and teachers by the Ministry of Education General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies.  The problem of the research was examining the attitudes towards EBA in this process that requires teachers and students to use EBA effectively. The aim of this study was to examine teachers' attitudes towards Education Informatics Network platform. An easy accessibility sampling method was used in the study. The sample of the study consisted of 1308 teachers working in the district of Avcılar, İstanbul in the 2019-2020 academic year. Survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used as a research model. "EBA Informatics Network Attitude Scale" and demographic information form were used as data collection tools and the data obtained were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA tests using SPSS 15.0 package program. The Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient of the scale used in this study was calculated as .94. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that participant teachers' attitudes towards EBA were generally at a positive level. There was a significant difference in both sub-dimensions of the scale according to the variable of age, school type and years of service. In the study, no statistically significant difference was found in the sub-dimensions of the scale regarding the variable of educational status and gender.
