Türk tefekkürüne önemli katkılar sağlamış olan Necip Fazıl Kısakürek, ülkemizin fikri, felsefi, edebi ve siyasi ortamına ciddi katkılar sağlamış olan bir düşünürdür. Bu hususiyetine rağmen o, ülkemizde sadece edebiyatın çeşitli alanlarında önemli eserler vermiş şair ve yazar olarak tanınmaktadır. Bu nedenle de Türk Edebiyatında kimi çevrelerce “üstat” olarak anılan Necip Fazıl Kısakürek, Baki’den sonra İkinci Sultanu'ş Şuara (Şairler Sultanı) unvanına sahip bir şair ve yazar olarak bilinmektedir. Ancak O, özellikle edebiyatın çeşitli türlerindeki eserleri kadar fikri/siyasi alanda da önemli eserleri bulunan mütefekkir bir şahsiyettir. Bu çerçevede Batı Tefekkürü ve İslam Tasavvufu ve İdeolocya Örgüsü adlı eserleri onun önemli bir mütefekkir ve siyasi düşünür olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu çalışma, Necip Fazıl’ın siyasi ve idari düzen ile ilgili görüşlerinin temellerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamıştır. Bu hedef çerçevesinde onun siyasi ve idari düzenle ilgili en önemli çalışması olan İdeolocya Örgüsü adlı eserine tematik içerik analizi uygulanmıştır. Belirtilen esere tematik içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Necip Fazıl’ın öngördüğü siyasi ve idari yapı betimsel düzeyde tanımlamaktan öte, bu yapıyı öngörmesinin temel sebeplerine ulaşılması gaye edinilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda yapılan literatür incelemesi sayesinde, gerek dönemin siyasal atmosferi ve gerekse düşünürün biyografisi ve konuyla ilgili diğer önemli malumatlara ulaşılmıştır. Böylece, analiz sonucu elde edilen temalarla birlikte örtülü anlam keşfedilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda,  İdeolocya Örgüsü ile Necip Fazıl’ın önerdiği Başyücelik Devleti adlı siyasi ve idari modelin/sistemin bir sonuç olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu sonuca yol açan başlıca sebebin de 16. yüzyılda başlayan ve günümüzde de devam eden, Türk milletinin yaşadığı gerileme süreci olduğu anlaşılmıştır.   

: Having made significant contributions to Turkish thought, Necip Fazıl Kısakürek is a thinker who has made serious contributions to the intellectual, philosophical, literary and political environment of our country. Despite this characteristic, he is known in our country only as a poet and writer who has produced important works in various fields of literature. For this reason, Necip Fazıl Kısakürek, who is referred to as a “master” by some circles in Turkish Literature, is known as a poet and writer who has the title of the Second Sultanu'ş Şuara (Sultan of Poets) after Baki. However, he is a thinker who has important works in the intellectual/political field as well as in various genres of literature. In this context, his works titled Batı Tefkür (Western Thought) and İslam Sufism and İdeolocya Örgüsü (Ideology and the Weave of Ideology) show that he is an important thinker and political thinker. This study aims to reveal the foundations of Necip Fazıl’s views on political and administrative order. Within the framework of this objective, thematic content analysis was applied to his most important work on political and administrative order, İdeolocya Örgüsü. By performing thematic content analysis on the mentioned work, it was aimed to reach the main reasons for Necip Fazıl's envisioning this structure, rather than defining it at a descriptive level. In line with this aim, thanks to the literature review conducted on Necip Fazıl, both the political atmosphere of the period and the author's biography and other important information were reached. Thus, the implicit meaning of the themes obtained as a result of the analysis was tried to be understood. As a result of the study, it was revealed that İdeolocya Örgüsü and the political and administrative model/system called Başyücelik Devleti proposed by Necip Fazıl were a result. It was understood that the main reason leading to this result was the decline process experienced by the Turkish nation, which started in the 16th century and continues today.
