Industry 5.0 represents a transformation that aims to support human capabilities such as creative thinking, problem solving, and strategic decision making through the integration of artificial intelligence ( AI) and robotic technologies into the workforce. The psychological effects of human-machine collaboration on job satisfaction, stress, trust, and skill development are discussed in detail. The study emphasizes that job satisfaction of individuals working with artificial intelligence- supported systems may increase, but workload and stress levels may increase due to automation anxiety and role ambiguity. In addition, the effects of technology on elements such as trust and autonomy in workplaces are discussed, and the positive and negative effects of skill development opportunities on the workforce are discussed. As a result, it is recommended that skill development programs be disseminated and technology be managed within the framework of a human-centered approach in order to balance the psychological effects of Industry 5.0 on the workforce.
