Toplumsal ve siyasal yaşamda kişilere yönelik bazı ifadeler tekzip olarak görülüp; kişinin haysiyetini ve saygınlığını rencide eder nitelik taşıdığından kanunen suç görülmektedir. Peki, bir kimsenin komünist yaftalamasına maruz kalması neyi işaret etmektedir? Ya da bir kimse kendini komünist olarak tanımladığında ve kabul gördüğünde suç mudur? Bu belirsizliklerin her biri aslında siyasal kutuplaşmanın ürünüdür. Siyasal kutuplaşmanın müteakip periyotlarda yarattığı, Türk siyasal hayatında tazmini mümkün olmayan tahribatlarının etkisinin azaltılması ve tekrarının yaşanmaması için ihtiyaç duyulan algı düzeyinin, tüm ideolojik temsiller için gerekli olan irrasyonel inanç ve tavırlardan uzak durmayı gereksindirdiği düşünülmektedir. Bu nedenle de çalışmada konu edinilen anti-komünizm Türkiye’de siyasayı ve toplumu sıkıştıran bir vaka olarak ele alınmaktadır. Bu bağlamda anti-komünizm yazınına dair kişiler ve sözler tasnif edilmemektedir; ilaveten belirtilmelidir ki, bu çalışma da dönemin siyasi ikliminin anlaşılması, retoriğin açıklanması ve pek tabi kaygıları ortaya çıkaran saiklerin ideolojik kavrayışlar üzerinden ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. İslamcı ve milliyetçi siyasal akımların başvurduğu referansların söylem bütünlüğü içerisinde siyasal mutabakatlara dair düşünsel koordinatları da verdiği dikkate alındığında çalışmanın konusu zaman sınırlamasına tabi tutulsa da günümüze dair bir izlence de sunmaktadır. “Neydi komünizm, kime denirdi komünist” sorusu yalnızca 1960’lardan itibaren Türk sağının cevap aradığı bir konu olarak değerlendirilmemelidir. Komünizm kaygısı irdelendiğinde sağın eylem belirleyici imgelerinin ideolojinin sınıfsal eklemlenmesiyle nasıl görünür olduğunun berraklaştırılması bir siyasal düşünceyi anlamak açısından oldukça değerli görülmektedir. Konu ve amaç bağlamında çalışmanın inceleme nesnesi ise 1963 yılında yayınlanmaya başlayan ve “Aylık Dava Dergisi” olarak lanse edilen Fedai Dergisi’dir.1979 yılına kadar süren 64 sayılık yayın birikiminde İslamcı ve milliyetçi düşünürlerin yazılarına yer veren dergi; komünizm, sosyalizm, sol kavramları bağlamlarıyla taranarak irdelenmektedir. Böylece çalışmada tarihsel koşullar açıklanarak elde edilen veriler nedensel ilişkileriyle ele alınmaktadır.

Some expressions against individuals in social and political life are seen as disapproval; It is considered a crime by law, since it is of a nature to offend the dignity and dignity of the person. But, what does it mean when someone is labeled a communist? Or is it a crime when someone identifies as a communist and is accepted? Each of these uncertainties is actually the product of political polarization. It is thought that the level of perception needed to reduce the impact of the irreparable damage that political polarization has created in the following periods in Turkish political life and to prevent its recurrence requires staying away from the irrational beliefs and attitudes necessary for all ideological representations. For this reason, anti-communism, which is the subject of this study, is handled as a case that compresses politics and society in Turkey. In this context, people and words about anti-communism literature are not classified. In this study, it is aimed to understand the political climate of the period, to explain the rhetoric and to reveal the motivations that reveal the concerns through ideological insights. Considering that the references applied by the Islamist and nationalist political movements give the intellectual coordinates of the political agreements within the unity of the discourse, the subject of the study also presents a curriculum about the present. The question of "What was communism, who was called a communist" should not be considered as a question that the Turkish right has been seeking answers to since the 1960s. When the communist concern is examined, the clarification of how the action-determining images of the right are visible with the class articulation of ideology is considered very valuable in terms of understanding a political thought. In the context of subject and purpose, the object of study of the study is Fedai Magazine, which started to be published in 1963 and was launched as the "Monthly Da’wa Magazine". The concepts of communism, socialism and left are examined by scanning them with their contexts. Thus, in the study, the data obtained by explaining the historical conditions are discussed with their causal relationships.
