İnsan, yeryüzünde var olduğu günden beri ihtiyaçlarını gidermek için tüketmekte, tüketmek içinse üretim yaparak kaynaklarını çoğaltmaya çalışmaktadır. Avcı toplayıcı topluluklar ile başlayan uzun serüven, toprağın işlenmesinin öğrenilmesi ile ekip biçmeye, buharın üretim için kullanılmasına, elektrik ile çalışan makinelerin icadına, bilgisayarların üretim sistemlerinin bir parçası haline getirilmesine kadar gelişerek devam etmiş ve her seferinde yeni bir toplum meydana getirmiştir. Bu serüvenin günümüzdeki son evresi ise Endüstri 4.0 olarak adlandırılan; insanın içerisinde yer almadığı ve tamamen karanlık fabrikalarda üretimin yapılabildiği yeni bir üretim paradigmasıdır. Bu yeni üretim tarzında insan unsuru imalata direkt dahil değildir. İnsanın üretim sürecinde asgari düzeyde yer aldığı bir düzende maliyet iyileştirme çalışmalarının nasıl yapılacağı temel bir sorun olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, endüstri 4.0 üretim ortamında yapılacak iyileştirme çalışmalarında bir paradigma değişimi yaşanacağına ve bu yeni duruma uygun, robotik temelli iletişim yolu ile üretim süreçlerinin iyileştirileceğine vurgu yapılmaktadır. Öncelikle Kaizen felsefesi ve 5S Kaizen ile ilgili bilgiler verilmekte, ardından Endüstri 4.0 üretim ortamında bu iyileştirme çalışmalarının nasıl yapılacağı tartışılmaktadır. Ardından yeni duruma uygun iyileştirme adımlarında insan unsurunun yer almayacağı ve tamamen robotik temelli bir yaklaşımın geliştirilmesi gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır. Sonuçta, yeni duruma uygun olacağı düşünülen BonRoC-Zen (Based on Robotic Communication – Zen /Robotik Temelli İyileştirme) kavramı önerilmekte ve kavram detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmaya çalışılmaktadır.

Humanity has been consuming to meet its needs since the day it existed on earth. In order to consume, it tries to increase its resources by producing. The long adventure, which started with hunter-gatherer societies, continued until the learning of the cultivation of the land and the harvesting, the use of steam for production, the invention of machines working with electricity, the making of computers a part of production systems and each time a new society was formed. The last phase of this adventure is called Industry 4.0 today; it is a new production paradigm in which people do not exist and production can be made in completely dark factories. In this new production style, the human element is not directly involved in production. An important question emerges here: How to improve the cost in a system  which involves human in the production process at a minimum level. In this study, it is emphasized that a paradigm change will occur in the improvement studies to be carried out in the industry 4.0 production environment. At the same time, it is emphasized that production processes will be improved with robotic-based communication suitable for this new situation.First of all, information about the Kaizen philosophy and 5S Kaizen is given, then it is discussed how to do these improvement studies in the Industry 4.0 production environment.Then, it is underlined that the human element cannot be included in the improvement steps suitable for the new situation and that a completely robotic-based approach should be developed.As a result, the BonRoC-Zen (Based on Robotic Communication-Zen) concept, which is compatible with the new situation, is proposed and the concept is explained in detail.
