Araştırmada, Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Kayak Merkezi’ni tercih eden yerli turistlerin, kış turizmine yönelik seyahat motivasyonları ile Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Kayak Merkezi’nde sunulan hizmetleri nasıl algıladıkları araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada katılımcıların Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Kayak Merkezi’ne yönelik genel memnuniyetleri ile Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Kayak Merkezi’ne yönelik davranışsal niyetleri arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Kayak Merkezi’ni tercih eden yerli turistlerdir. Araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 406 katılımcı araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formu üç bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde katılımcıların kişisel özellikleri ile Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Kayak Merkezi tercih nedenlerinin belirlenmesine yönelik sorular yer almıştır. İkinci bölümde motivasyon ölçeği, üçüncü bölümünde ise hizmet kalite ölçeği, davranışsal niyet ölçeği ve genel memnuniyet ifadesi yer almıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde IBM SPSS 22 istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada katılımcıların kış turizmine yönelik seyahat motivasyonlarının kişisel özelliklerinden cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, eğitim ve meslek değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcıların Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Kayak Merkezi’ne yönelik hem hizmet kalitesi algılarının kişisel özelliklerinden cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, eğitim ve meslek değişkenlerine göre hem davranışsal niyetlerinin, cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, eğitim ve meslek değişkenlerine göre hem de genel memnuniyetlerinin, cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim ve meslek değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcıların Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Kayak Merkezi’ne yönelik genel memnuniyetleri ile davranışsal niyetleri arasında doğru yönlü (pozitif) yüksek (r:71)  bir ilişki bulunmuştur.

In the research, the travel motivations of the local tourists who prefer Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Ski Center towards winter tourism and how they perceive the services provided in Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Ski Center were investigated. In addition, in the research, the relationship between the general satisfaction of the participants for Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Ski Center and their behavioral intentions towards Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Ski Center was investigated. The universe of the research is the local tourists who prefer Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Ski Center. 406 participants who accepted to participate in the research constituted the sample of the research. Research data were collected using questionnaire form. IBM SPSS 22 statistical package program was used in the analysis of research data. As a result of the research, it was found statistically significant differences according to the between the travel motivation for winter tourism of the participants with gender, marital status, age, education and occupation variables of personal characteristics. In addition, as a result of the research, it was found statistically significant differences according to the between the service quality perceptions of the participants with gender, marital status, age, education and occupation variables. Moreover as a result of the research, it was found statistically significant differences according to the behavioral intentions of the participants with gender, marital status, age, education and occupation variables. And it was found statistically significant differences according to the general satisfaction of the participants with gender, marital status, age, education and occupation variables. In addition, a correct (positive) high (r: 71) relationship was found between the general satisfaction of the participants towards Ilgaz Yıldıztepe Ski Center and their behavioral intentions.
