Bilişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler verilerin işlenerek kısa, orta ve uzun vadeli olarak değerlendirilmesi açısından önem taşımaktadır. Teknolojik gelişmeler ve getirdiği kolaylıklar ile bilgisayar veritabanlı bir bilgi havuzu oluşmuş olup yöneticilerin karar vermesi için bu bilgileri değerlendirmesi konusunda fayda sağlamıştır. Karar destek sistemleri de işletmedeki plansız makine duruşu bilgilerinin analiz edilerek değerlendirilmesi konusunda yöneticilere karar verme noktasında fayda sağlamıştır. İşletmeler üretim faaliyetlerini yerine getirirken bir takım sorunlar ile karşılaşmakta olup en önemlilerinden biride makine duruşlarıdır. Duruşlar planlı/plansız makine duruşları olarak meydana gelmekte olup plansız makine duruşları işletmenin verimliliğini etkilemektedir. Bunlardan plansız makine duruşları ise makine arızası, taşıma kaybı, malzeme yetersizliği, operatör kaynaklı gibi birçok duruş şeklinde sıralanabilmektedir. Plansız makine duruşları işletmenin verimliliğini en çok etkileyen sorunlardan olup; zamanında yapılmayan makine bakımı, operatör, malzeme kaynaklı gibi sorunlar ciddi bir verimlilik kaybıma neden olmaktadır. Plansız makine duruşlarından kaynaklanan verimlilik kayıpları karar destek sistemleri ile analiz edilerek yöneticilerin karar verebilmesini etkinleştirmek için bilgi sunabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada bilişim tabanlı Microsoft Excel karar destek sisteminden yararlanılarak plansız makine duruşlarından kaynaklı üretim kaybının işletmenin verimliliğine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırma için Malatya ilinde 1. organize sanayi bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren bir tekstil işletmesi seçilmiştir. İşletmenin 2017 yılı Haziran ayı plansız makine duruşu kayıplarının karar destek sistemleri ile işletmeyi nasıl etkilediği ayrıntılarıyla incelenmiş ve verimlilik kaybı hesaplanmıştır.sonraki dönemlerde bu kayıpların hiç olmaması ve azaltılması şeklinde yöneticilerle bilgi paylaşımında bulunulmuştur.

The decision support systems have also benefited from the decision-making process in order to analyze and evaluate the unplanned machine stand information in the enterprise Businesses encounter a number of problems while performing their production activities and one of the most important is machine stops. Postures occur as planned / unplanned machine downtimes and unplanned machine downtimes affect the efficiency of the enterprise. Unplanned machine stoppages, such as machine failure, loss of transportation, material deficiency, operator can be listed as many posture such as. Unplanned machine stoppages are one of the problems that affect the efficiency of the enterprise. Problems such as machine maintenance, operator, material sourced in time do not cause serious loss of productivity. The efficiency losses caused by unplanned machine downtimes can be analyzed by decision support systems and they can provide information to enable managers to make decisions. In this study, the effects of loss of production due to unplanned machine downtimes on the efficiency of the enterprise were investigated by using the information-based Microsoft Excel decision support system. For the research, a textile company operating in the 1st organized industrial zone was selected in Malatya province. In June 2017, the unplanned machine posture losses of the company were examined with the help of the decision support systems and the loss of efficiency was calculated. In the following periods, information was shared with the managers in the absence and reduction of these losses.
