Land consolidation in the study, the participants request on this issue is very important in determining the location of the new parcel In order to determine the participant's desires, all the participants in the project are interviewed to determine where and how they request new land and other arrangements. The interviewing process, which is an important step of the consolidation, is unfortunately carried out by inexperienced project engineers. As a result, the special circumstances that the participant indicated in the interview can be ignored and the project duration is extended. This study was conducted in Çankırı-Kızılırmak Karadibek Village, Kilis-Elbeyli District Elbeyli Village and Diyarbakır-Ergani District Çakırfakir Village, where land consolidation was completed in different years. While the number of parcels before the land consolidation of the villages in the study area was 81, 652, 178, it was found that after land consolidation, this number decreased to 55, 595, 163 respectively. In the villages where the rates of receiving more than one choice in interviews were quite low, the realization rates of the preferences entered according to the results of the interviews indicated by the owners were 0.48%, 66.97% and 92% respectively. In the interviews examined, it is seen that there is a border arrangement rather than parcel assembly. The importance of the interview, which is the only stage where the project engineer can interview the participants face-to-face, has been tried to be revealed with this study.},author={Müge KİRMİKİL},year={2019},journal={Turkish Studies-Social Sciences}}
