Material Method: The scales used are as described below; Problem Determination Scale (P.D.S.) one of the quantitative research methods which were developed by Güçlü M. (2000) with the help of descriptive research model, and the Expectation Determination Scale (E.D.S.) which was developed by Hergüner, G. (2001). This method has been applied for 300 members who receive services, for at least 3 years with the facts given below: (P.S.); Ages 25-35 n=150 and, (P.I.); Ages 25-35 n=150. The data's were analyzed in SPSS 22. 0 package programme while the average and standard deviations were taken as a statistical process. Also, correlation analysis has been applied. Evidences: Problems Related to Sportive Consciousness: P.S.; (14.68 ± 6.75) / P.I.; (15.95 ± 7.61), expectations Related to Sportive Consciousness: P.S.; (41.68 ± 5.33) / P.I.; (54.75 ± 6.65) was found the highest among the sub-dimensions. Problem Determination Scale: P.S.; (53.97 ± 28.83) / P.I.; (56.84 ± 27.870). It was detected that there was a low amount of problems with the total score given previously. Expectation Determination Scale: P.S.; (128. 13 ± 18.17) / P.I.; (149.58 ± 19.82) it was detected that the participants have high expectations about the received sports services, with the total score given previously. Conclusion: It is clearly seen that the members of the Private Sector and Public Institutions do not have enough Sportive Consciousness. It is proved that Public Institution members have higher problem statistics and expectations. In other words, it can be said that as the problem level of the participant decreases, expectations decrease correspondingly.
