The use of information technologies in supply chain activities is becoming more important especially for companies working in the food industry. In addition to the facilities it provides to manufacturers, it also affects the consumption preferences that consumers are sensitive. Consumers now want to be aware of everything they consume from the first stage of the products. With effective supply chain management and information technology support, from farm to house; All processes such as manufacturing, packaging, storage, transportation, can be tracked and controlled until presented to the customer. All of these transactions lead to the preference of businesses for customers to follow food and trust products.
