In the developing world, as in all areas, various developments take place in social organizations. In this context, many factors play a role in the success of social organizations to sustain their existence. Within these factors, organizational trust and organizational culture have an important place. It is an important situation for organizations to develop these concepts which have an important place in social sciences by revealing their organizational processes. The main purpose of the research; to reveal the views of private school teachers on organizational trust and organizational culture and to determine the level of the relationship that arises in the views of the participants. Research in the relational survey model; In the 2017-2018 academic year, it was applied to teachers working in private schools in Bolu and Düzce city centers. The sample of the study consisted of 235 teachers working in these schools. In this study, Quantitative data were collected by Organizational Trust Scale developed by Yılmaz (2005) and Organizational Culture Scale developed by Terzi (2005). Research data show that the level of organizational trust of private school teachers is “fully agree” and the level of organizational culture is “frequently”. There was a significant difference in all variables (gender, education level, type of school, seniority, age) in teacher’s opinions on organizational trust, but in the organizational culture there was a significant difference only at the level of education and there was no significant difference in school type, age, seniority variables. It was found that there was a high positive relationship between teachers' organizational trust and organizational culture perception levels.
