IN THE CONTENT OF 100 ESSENTIAL BOOKS , THE CHARACTER ANALYSIS OF NATIONAL LITERATURE PERIOD BOOKS BY THE WAY OF CHILDREN’S LITERATURE
It is known that, in order to recognize the reality of human, it is not enough to know all the human physical features in detail. It is necessary to know human with his/her personal characteristics including emotion, thought, and actions. The main purpose of this study is to scan the character analysis of national literature period works within the context of 100 essential works such as Altın Isık (Ziya Gokalp), Havaya Ucan At(Peyami Safa), Her O Sarki (Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoglu), Tanrı Misafiri (Resat Nuri Guntekin),Yalnız Efe(Omer Seyfettin) , to put forward an idea about the data obtained at the end of the studies ,and to corporally uncover the concept ‘character’ in children’s literature with the examplications of the works analyzed under the titles which have been categorized by the way of character. Therefore, It is aimed to contribute academically to the field with analyzing the children’s literature under the essential works by the way of character and determining the suitability of the concept ‘character’ in children’s literature and the characters in works.
